Parishes and Electoral Districts

Three of the island’s twelve parishes are also divided into electoral districts. These are:

  • St. Helier

  • St. Saviour

  • St. Brelade

All voters living in one of these three parishes will also need to find out which electoral district you reside in so that you can visit the correct polling station on the day of the election.

This is very important, as should you go to the wrong station your details will not be recorded and you will be unable to cast your vote!

If you do not know the electoral district that you live in you should contact your parish hall immediately. They should be able to give you the necessary information simply by you providing them with your name and address.  The numbers for the parishes with additional electoral districts are listed below:

  • St. Helier Town Hall:         Tel - 811811

  • St. Saviour Parish Hall:     Tel - 735864

  • St. Brelade Parish Hall:     Tel - 744297

District Polling Station Information:

  • St. Helier No.1 – St. James Centre

  • St. Helier No.2 – Springfield

  • St. Helier No 3 & 4 – Rouge Bouillon & First Tower School

  • St. Saviour No. 2 & 3 - St. Saviour Parish Hall
