If you really cannot go to the Polling Centre to vote due to absence from the island, prior commitments or medical problems that make this difficult, you can vote by post.
You need to complete an application form which is then sent to The Judicial Greffe. They will then send you your ballot paper which when completed has to be returned to them. This will be your only vote and once you have completed and returned the ballot paper, you cannot go back on this and you are disqualified from voting in person at the polling station.
To obtain the application form either collect one from the Judicial Greffe or the form you need can be downloaded from the Site of the Judicial Greffe or the States Official Election Website. If you click on the links below these download the forms directly.
